FILNYC, SPACE OF CONVERGENCE
OUR MISSION
Is to position Spanish as a living language of creation, reflection, and connection in the United States, through a book fair that guarantees equitable access to culture and brings together the many voices of the Spanish-speaking world.
OUR VISION
Is to be a space for convergence for Spanish speakers in the United States: a multiracial, transnational, and vibrant place where the language is lived, thought about, and projected as a language of prestige and future.
OUR GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Is to be a diverse, inclusive, and multiracial book fair, where the Spanish language, writers, and readers are the main protagonists.
